Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once packages have been shipped and delivered to the correct address we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to [email protected]. Please note we cannot replace goods that show successfully delivered to your inputted address. We will help work with a carrier if a package ends up on the other side of the world and cannot be located because that could lead to adventure – and we all like adventure.
Please note that our default shipper is USPS. Signature is not required. If you have special circumstances at your location please include this in your note. We are able to require signatures and ship Fedex when needed. If you need to expedite an order additional shipping will be charged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer returns for clothing purchases over $100.00. These returns are to be handled and paid for by the purchaser. We accept only items in unworn, new condition with tags attached. Please return within 14 days of your receipt of order. Clothing items marked final sale in product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Salt reserves the right to refuse the right to deny any return if it does not meet our policy requirements.
If you would like to exchange or return items, please ensure the item(s) returned are in unworn, perfect condition.
1. Please fill out “RETURN REASON” on the packing slip included with the original shipment and place in box
2. Email [email protected] about the return or exchange. Please try to use original packing materials in the return for our dear mother earth.
Expect to hear from us on or before 3 days after receiving your return at our warehouse. Returns and exchanges will be processed 48 hours after receiving the return. Any questions please email
